Cancellation Policy

Access after cancellation

After the billing period ends, access will automatically be discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.

Billing cycle example

For example, if a subscription begins on the 5th of a month and is cancelled on the 17th, access will continue until the 4th of the following month. No further charges will be applied after that point.

No partial refunds

Because access remains available for the full duration of the paid billing period, partial refunds are not provided for unused time following cancellation.

Certain services may be provided on a one-time or usage-based basis rather than as a subscription. These services cannot be cancelled once they have been initiated, processed, or delivered.
