Billing & Credits

This page explains how billing, subscriptions, and credits work across services, tools, and products provided by MJB Strategic.

MJB Strategic operates as an umbrella entity. While certain products may have product-specific behaviour, the principles outlined below apply unless otherwise stated.

Overview

MJB Strategic services may be delivered through a combination of subscription access, usage-based credits, and one-time services.

Charges are typically applied in advance, either for a defined billing period or for specific service usage.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to services or allocate usage capacity over a defined billing period.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed in advance
• Renew automatically on the same date each billing cycle
• Remain active for the full paid period

If a subscription is cancelled, it will not renew for the next cycle. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Credits

Certain products use a credit-based system. Credits are used to access or process specific services, such as candidate analysis or advanced features.

Credits represent service usage and do not constitute stored monetary value.

Subscription credits

• Allocated as part of a subscription plan
• Valid only within the active billing cycle
• Do not roll over into the next cycle

Purchased credits

• Can be purchased separately from a subscription
• Remain valid for a limited period
• Expire if not used within the applicable timeframe

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, purchased credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Usage and consumption

Credits are consumed when a service or feature is executed. The number of credits required for each action will be indicated before use where applicable.

Once a service has been processed using credits, it is considered completed and cannot be reversed.

Additional services and features

Certain features or services may be offered as optional add-ons. These may require additional credits or separate payment.

Costs associated with such features will be displayed before execution. Once initiated, these services are considered delivered and cannot be reversed.

Taxes

Prices are presented without tax unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply where required by law.
